How to use the Knowledgebase

You will find our knowledgebase search tool at the top left of this page. You can use this tool to quickly find the answers to any questions you might have regarding our software programs and other related issues. Simply enter a word or phrase that pertains to the question you have, and the search tool will search the knowledgebase to find answers to your questions. For example, if you type in the word "ISP", the search tool will bring up topics regarding ISPs. If you type in "port 25" you will find topics on the subject of port 25, and so on.

Use the menu to the left to quickly navigate to the answer you are looking for. You will notice that the three main categories are "Pre-Sales Questions", "Technical Support" and "General Support". These areas are described as:

• Pre-Sales Questions
  The Pre-Sales Questions area is designed to help you with any questions you need answered in order to help you to decide if our products are for you.
• Technical Support
  This area is for people who have downloaded our software and have either purchased already or are evaluating its performance. If you are having any difficulties at all getting the software to function properly, check this area to see if we already have a solution for you!
• General Support
  Are you having difficulties with your ISP? Are you new to bulk emailing? Check this area for common questions and answers that have helped many of our customers achieve results!
