Bulk Email Software Program
Have
you been looking for a way to automatically subscribe website visitors to
your mailing list? Look no further. Opt-in subscriber-based email is
where the future of email marketing is headed. Why allow your website
visitors to come and go without being asked if they want to receive
additional information on your products or services? They obviously came
to your website because they were interested in what you have to offer.
If you don't follow up with them after they leave,
someone else will and you will lose a sale.
Prospect Subscriber is a unique bulk email software program that can collect the email address of everyone who visits your website! Here are just a few of its features:
-
Very simple mass email marketing program to learn and operate. Once configured, it runs by itself automatically. -
Automatically creates opt-in subscriber
lists that can be loaded into Prospect Mailer. -
No more worrying about
losing the visitors to your website without any way to contact them. -
Helps you run a responsible bulk email
campaign by developing an opt-in subscriber list. -
Web forms collect a lot of fake email addresses. This bulk email marketing program collects only valid ones!
Prospect
Subscriber allows you to automatically collect the email
addresses of your website visitors. Within 10 minutes of downloading, you
can setup this easy-to-use system on your website. Once you have
installed it, visitors to your website will receive a prompt asking them
if they want to receive additional information on your products or
services. If they click "ok", their email address will be automatically
collected and sent to you - they don't even have to type it in!

Prospect
Subscriber is very easy to setup and install on your website.
After downloading and installing the program on your computer, it will
ask you what you want to ask your customer when they are prompted (i.e.
"Would you like to subscribe to our monthly newsletter?"). It will also
ask you what email address that you would like to have the subscriber's
email address sent to. Once you have entered this information, the
program will then automatically generate the html code that you can copy
and paste into your web page. Once your visitors begin subscribing, you
simply run Prospect Subscriber on
your computer periodically to automatically add the email addresses that
you have collected to a file. It's that easy!

Let's get
started!
Screen #1
When you open
Prospect Subscriber, the first screen you will see is this:

You have two options on
this screen. The first one, "Generate Web Page Code" takes you to a
simple form to fill out which will generate the html code to place in
your web page. The second option takes you to the program that receives
your subscriber requests and places them in a file for you.
Generating Web Page Code
Screen #2
If you click the "Generate
Web Page Code" button, the following screen will open:

This screen asks you a few
questions that will determine how the subscriber prompt will operate on
your website. To start, enter the text that you want visitors to see on
the subscriber prompt when it pops up on your web page. To see what the
text will look like to visitors, press the "test" button. The next
question will determine how often you want return visitors to be prompted
to subscribe. The options are every visit, once a week, and never again.
The third and final question gives you the option of prompting the
visitor as soon as they open the web page or to delay the prompt. We
don't make any recommendations on these settings, but encourage you to
test them out and see what works best with your website visitors. Once
you finish answering the questions on this screen, press the "next"
button.
Screen #3
If you press the "next"
button on Screen #2, the following screen will open:

When one of your website visitors press the
"ok" button to subscribe, their email address will be sent to the email
address of your choice. Therefore we recommend that you use an email
address exclusively for that purpose. Enter this email address into the
first field on this screen. You can also enter a subject line for the
subscriber emails that are sent to you (i.e. "Newsletter Subscriber,"
"Information Request," etc.) for your own reference or for use with
Prospect AutoResponder to trigger different auto-responses based on
specific subject lines.
Screen #4
If you press the "next"
button on Screen #3, the following screen will open:

This screen allows you to
create an additional button on your web page for visitors to manually
press to subscribe in case they decide not to subscribe via the automatic
prompt. Type in the text that you want to be on the button, such as
"Click here to subscribe to our newsletter." Then choose a color for the
button and a "mouseover" color (this is the color that the button will
change to if a visitor hovers their mouse over it). Once you finish
answering the questions on this screen, press the "next" button.
Screen #5
If you press the "next"
button on Screen #4, the following screen will open:

This screen contains the
code that was generated for your web page. Simply copy the html code in
the top window and paste it into your web page code somewhere before the
</head> tag. (To copy, highlight the code and press ctrl+c. To paste,
press ctrl+v.) If you also want the subscribe button to appear on your
web page (optional), copy the code from the bottom window and paste it
into your web page in the exact position that you want the button to
appear on your page. It's as simple as that!
Receiving Subscriber
Requests
Screen #6
If you click the "Check
For New Subscribers" button on Screen #1, the following screen will open:

This opens the program that
will receive your subscriber requests automatically. This program will
check the email address that you use for your subscribers, receive the
email requests, and place all of the subscriber email addresses into a
file for you. Some Prospect Subscriber
users prefer to use this automated
method of collecting subscriber email addresses. Others may choose to
answer them one by one with their email client software (Outlook, Outlook
Express, etc.), giving subscribers a more personal response. However, if
you answer them manually with Outlook or Outlook Express, you will then
have to manually add the subscriber email addresses to a file for future
use. If you choose to use this program to receive your subscribers
automatically, simply enter the mail server name for your email address
(i.e. mail.your-isp.com), your username (usually the portion before the
"@" character in your email address), and your email address password.
Once you finish answering the questions on this screen, press the "next"
button.
Screen #7
If you click the "next" button
on Screen #6, the following screen will open:

This screen allows you to
select or create a filename to save your subscriber request email
addresses to. Click on the browse button to the right of the field to
create or select a filename. Once you are finished, press the "next"
button.
Screen #8
If you click the "next" button
on Screen #7, the following screen will open:

This screen allows you to
start and view the receiving process. You can also set a time frequency
if you choose to use the auto-recheck feature. If selected, this feature
will check to see if you have any new subscribers based on the frequency
that you set in the drop-down menu.
